Pineapple jelly is easy to make with white jelly
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel and leave the pineapple and cut it into thin slices. Mix 2 tbsp salt with water to dissolve. Cover pineapple slices and soak for 30 minutes.
Step 2: soak the pineapple slices, take out and rinse with cold boiled water to remove the extra salty taste and raw water. Cut into small pieces with a knife, about 300 grams
Step 3: 80g sugar, 3G salt, 500ml water. Pour into the boiling pot (40g rock sugar can be used instead of white sugar, and add more sugar if you like sweet)
Step 4: put on the stove and turn on medium heat. Stir with chopsticks to dissolve the sugar completely. Pour in diced pineapple and turn on medium heat. Let it boil for another 10 minutes.
Step 5: 30g white jelly, 50g water
Step 6: mix and stir evenly to make rice soup color
Step 7: pour into the pineapple pot, stir well, turn off the heat after boiling again.
Step 8: pour into the jelly mold, cool and refrigerate for about 2 hours until completely set.
Step 9: the jelly made in this way contains more fruit grains. If you like to freeze more, you can reduce pineapple pieces or increase the amount of water and jelly.

Note: when cooking pineapple, add salt again to make the finished product sweeter, no salty, please rest assured. After many experiments, I feel more delicious than just putting sugar.
