Production steps:
Step 1: mix high gluten flour, yeast, sugar, eggs and water into a dough, add butter, knead until smooth, let the dough wake up for about an hour.
Step 2: after the dough wakes up, press it into a rectangle. Sweep the dough with oil, salt and scallions.
Step 3: fold the dough in half and cut off.
