Production steps:
Step 1: picture 3 shows one teaspoon of salt, two teaspoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of coconut juice and rice. Picture 4 shows pure water.
Step 2: spread the egg into egg skin and cut it into shreds. Cut the ham and cucumber as thin as you can.

Step 4: put two pieces of shredded cucumber, two pieces of shredded egg and two pieces of shredded ham, and sprinkle with meat floss.
Step 5: you can roll it well. When you roll it, you should roll it three times. Each time you roll it, you should roll it tightly. Don't expect to press it hard after you roll it. It's still loose inside.
