Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the balsam pear in half, take half and cut it into 0.3cm thick slices.
Step 2: wash the soaked mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Step 3: cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices, then blanch it in boiling water for two minutes to remove the beany smell.
Step 4: put balsam pear into boiling water and blanch for 10 seconds, then remove and control dry water.
