Shanxi noodles

Introduction:

"Jiaomian" is a traditional pasta of Han nationality in Shaanxi Province and Shanxi Province. It is mainly popular in Huixian, Liangdang and Chengxian counties in Shaanxi, Shanxi and Gansu. Production steps:

Step 14: put some onion and ginger powder, coriander, fried scallion, chili oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, Zanthoxylum noodles, vinegar and sesame oil in the bowl

Step 15: put the noodles on the pressing board and press flat with your hands first

Chinese prickly ash noodles: 1 tbsp

Note: the surface should not be soft or hard to pull thin
