Bordeaux Leitz fish
Introduction:
"French Poisson Bordelaise, I turned it into Bordeaux Leitz fish. It uses fresh and tender white fish (I use cabillaud, COD here). Simple production, it will make people who love fish fall in love with it!"
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the fish into pieces and spread some salt evenly on both sides
Step 2: if you don't have this little red onion, you can use an onion instead. It tastes great
Step 3: cut the onion and garlic into pieces
Step 4: melt the butter at low temperature. If there is no butter, you can use olive oil. But the taste is much worse. There is no aroma of butter
Step 5: add chopped red onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add white wine when it is golden. If there is no white wine, white flavoring wine with low concentration (such as rice wine with low concentration) can be used
Step 6: smell the aroma of wine and spices, reduce the moisture slightly, add bread crumbs, stir well, add salt and black pepper
Step 7: spread baking paper on the baking plate, sprinkle a few shreds of olive oil, put on the fish, and then spread the prepared crumbs on the fish. You can press it with your hand
Step 8: put the oven on and off, 170 degrees, I baked it for about 20 minutes. The specific time is adjusted according to the thickness of the fish. If there is no oven, it should be OK to pan fry and cover it
Materials required:
Cod: 300g
Breadcrumb: 150ml
Onion: one
Garlic: one
Butter: 20g
White wine: 50ml
Ground black pepper powder: right amount
Salt: right amount
Coriander powder: appropriate amount
Note: the amount of bread crumbs can be adjusted by myself. I prefer a thick layer! In a word, make sure that the prepared bread crumbs are slightly wet, It's too dry to put on the fish. There's coriander powder and a little bit of it in the crumbs. If you don't have it, you can chop a little bit of celery and mix it in the crumbs. If you don't have either, it's OK. If you add a little bit of celery to bring a little aroma, you can also add a touch of green:)
