Spaghetti with tomato and ham
Introduction:
"When I was about to fall asleep last night, my husband suddenly cried out that he was hungry. I said I would eat it tomorrow morning. I saw him staring at me, black line.... What a pity. I can't bear to look down on it. I have to fry a plate of spaghetti. He finished it abruptly. How hungry are you? The dinner is not delicious or I've made less. It's estimated that the possibility of the former is very small. Otherwise, where will my spaghetti go, O (∩)_ ∩) O ha ha ha ~ "
Production steps:
Step 1: cross the top of the tomato, put it in boiling water, and dice it when the skin falls off.
Step 2: dice garlic, ham, tomato and carrot, and chop pork into minced meat.
Step 3: bring water to a boil, add salt and olive oil, and then add pasta.
Step 4: keep stirring with shovel to prevent low paste or adhesion. Wait until the soup changes as shown in the picture, bite one and taste it. If it doesn't turn white, it's ripe. Take out the pasta and cool it in cold water.
Step 5: heat the butter in the pot, stir fry the garlic, add the pork, then add the ham, shrimp head, carrot and tomato in turn. Wait until the tomatoes are completely rotten into a thick soup. Before cooking, add salt and black pepper according to your taste. Final loading.
