Production steps:

Step 1: cut the tofu into 2 to 3 mm pieces.

Step 2: cut onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper into sections.

Step 3: heat the oil in the pan, then add onion, ginger and garlic, and stir fry the dried pepper until fragrant.

Step 4: add tofu.

Step 5: stir fry for a while and then add soy sauce.

Step 6: add salt and stir fry.

Step 7: out of the pot.

Soy sauce: moderate

Salt: right amount

Oil: right amount

Dry pepper: right amount

Note: first, do not turn tofu when frying.
