Horseshoe mushroom meat and egg dumplings
Introduction:
"Eggs are rich in nutrition, and with other ingredients, they are fried into dumplings, which immediately makes people feel tall. Because of my impatience, I fry small dumplings into big ones. "
Production steps:
Step 1: add chopped mushrooms and chopped horseshoes to the meat, and then add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to mix.
Step 2: add appropriate amount of salt to 5 eggs and beat them into egg liquid.
Step 3: heat in a non stick pan, drop a small amount of oil, add a spoonful of egg liquid, fry until the bottom is solidified, and when the surface is wet, put the stuffing in the middle. (this step is very important, don't fry the egg until it is completely solidified, otherwise it won't cover the stuffing.)
Step 4: scoop up one end, cover the stuffing and fry until the meat and eggs are cooked. Do the same with the rest of the egg.
Step 5: finished product.
