Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: remove the bone from the elbow
Step 3: Sprinkle right amount of pepper and five spice powder on the elbow, evenly spread a spoonful of bean paste (yellow sauce) and marinate for 2 hours

Step 6: wrap the stewed elbows with gauze while they are hot, cool them in the air and refrigerate overnight
Step 7: slice the shaped elbow
Step 8: set the plate and dip it in the mashed garlic
