Scallion, ginger and crab
Introduction:
"Alaskan snow crab comes from Alaskan waters with good water quality. This kind of crab is nicknamed "cobbler" crab by local fishermen. Because of its red and gray eyes, grey eye crab is also called "Queen" crab. In Alaska, only male crabs are allowed. The meat of snow crab is tender, white and delicious. It is very popular among diners. Today's scallion, ginger and snow crab is cooked according to my own cooking experience. After tasting it, I think it tastes good. I hereby recommend it to you. "
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the snow crab after thawing (preferably natural deicing).
Step 2: cut the washed crab legs into 3cm long sections with scissors, so as to taste and stir fry.
Step 3: cut off the scallion and slice the ginger.
Step 4: pour the oil in the pan. When the oil is 60% hot, add the onion and ginger to stir fry. Then add the crab into the pot. Cook the cooking wine and stir fry for about one and a half minutes.
Materials required:
Snow crab: 500g
Scallion: 50g
Ginger: 50g
Edible oil: 30g

Note: because the sea crab itself has a salty taste, so do not put salt in this dish, so as to eat the delicious taste of snow crab. I didn't put any other seasonings in this dish, so as to volatilize the original juice and flavor of snow crab as much as possible.
