Production steps:

Step 1: peel and dice the apples and pears

Step 2: pour in sugar, stir well and let stand for one to two hours to release pectin

Step 3: blanch and peel the virgin fruit

Step 4: put all the ingredients in the toaster

Step 5: squeeze in the lemon juice

Step 6: add starch

Step 7: add appropriate amount of corn starch and mix well

Step 8: close the cover of the toaster, turn on the power and start the jam

Step 9: ready jam

Step 10: after cooling, fill it into a sterilized glass bottle, seal it and store it in the refrigerator
