Mixed jam
Introduction:
"Jam is a gelatinous substance made from fruit, sugar and acidity regulator, which is boiled at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius, also known as fruit jam. Making jam is a way to keep fruit for a long time. It is mainly used on bread or toast. Small fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes and roses, or large fruits such as plums, oranges, apples and peaches can also be made into jam.
