Shrimp and wax gourd soup
Introduction:
"Wax gourd is a good vegetable in summer. It contains more vitamin C, high potassium salt and low sodium salt. It can be used in summer. Add small shrimp and Kwai shrimp to make quick soup. Ingredients: 500g wax gourd, 40g shrimp ingredients: ginger, green onion, cooking wine, refined salt and edible oil
Production steps:
Step 1: ingredients.
Step 2: add a little cooking wine to the shrimps and make a bubble.
Step 3: peel and cut the wax gourd into pieces.
