Sweet and sour radish
Introduction:
"Radish is sweet, pungent and cool in nature. It enters the lung, stomach, lung and large intestine meridians. Production steps:
Step 1: white radish 1 jin, red pepper several wash
Step 2: peel and dice the radish
Step 3: cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside the chopped scallions
Step 4: put the diced radish into the boiling water pot and cook until it is 8% cooked. Remove and drain the water
Step 5: add proper amount of cooking oil into the frying pan, heat it for 5 minutes, then add the pepper section and scallion to stir fry until fragrant
Step 6: add the cooked radish and stir fry
Step 7: pour in proper amount of soy sauce and thirteen spices
Step 8: add appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar to taste
Step 9: stir well with salt and chicken essence
Step 10: the finished product is slightly spicy, sweet and sour
