Raw sesame sugar
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: roast the peanuts and sesame.
Step 2: maltose
Step 3: heat the wok, pour in 25g water, add sugar and maltose, simmer slowly over low heat until the sugar juice bubbles, pour in cooked peanuts and sesame seeds, and mix well.
Step 4: prepare a 6-inch cake mould with a flexible bottom, and brush it with oil for standby.
Step 5: pour the peanuts and sesame seeds into the mold, put on disposable gloves (remember to wear heat-insulating gloves inside) and press the peanuts hard. Because of maltose, they are very sticky. Take out slices after refrigerated for 1 hour, my husband's favorite
