Introduction:
"In this era of tears in order to eat, what health to eat has become the most concerned topic of people's livelihood. Therefore, the role and efficacy of wild vegetables will be talked about by people. Artemisia scoparia (Artemisia capillaris) is one of the most common wild vegetables in many villages of Hunan Province. Every year during the Qingming Festival, the rural women would go to the fields to pick Artemisia, and then go home to make Artemisia Baba. There are many versions of the legend of Artemisia seed Baba, all of which are the functions of Artemisia seed, a wild vegetable, to save the world. In fact, the pharmacological effect of Artemisia is not small, so, Artemisia Baba as a snack now, loved by everyone. It also adds more hometown plots to Hunan tourists who have lived in other places for a long time. Many people think that Artemisia can only be picked in the spring and Qingming Festival. In fact, Artemisia capillaris does not die in winter, but in spring, it is born from the roots of Chen, so it is named because of Chen or Yinchen. In summer, the seedlings became Artemisia scoparia, so it was also called Artemisia capillaris. Chinese people still have the habit of using rice flour as wormwood cake and dough. Herba Artemisiae Scopariae should be used as a vegetable to collect tender seedlings. The old medicine is Herba Artemisiae Scopariae. Therefore, there is a saying "February wormwood, may wormwood". Therefore, Artemisia seeds are hard to find except for ice and snow weather. They can be picked in other seasons
Production steps:
Step 1: Artemisia can be seen almost everywhere in our countryside, but picking is by no means easy. Pinch the tender part of Artemisia by hand, which is the key to the delicious Artemisia cake.
Step 2: wash the collected wormwood seeds with clean water, blanch them with boiling water to remove their bitter taste, and then rinse them repeatedly with cold water. Rinse the wormwood, drain and chop it into powder.
Step 3: mix the chopped wormwood seeds and glutinous rice flour in the ratio of 1:1, knead them well, and then mix them with flour until "three lights". In the meantime, like to eat sweet sugar, like salty salt, dosage according to personal preferences.
Step 4: turn the kneaded dough into a small one, place it on the washed leaves, put it in the pot with cold water and steam it for about 15-25 minutes. Take the chopsticks inserted into the ball and lifted without sticking chopsticks as reference.
Step 5: in this way, the fragrant glutinous wormwood Baba can be used in the pot! Personally, when it's a little cold, it's more vigorous than when it's just out of the pot. It's fragrant and glutinous in the mouth, but not sticky in the hand~
