Introduction:
"Chicken soup has a high nutritional value. It contains a lot of protein, fat, calcium and some vitamins. My family often stews some chicken soup to drink. When I am weak, I will put some Angelica sinensis, dangshen, Huangqi, jujube and medlar to replenish qi and blood; when the weather is dry, I like to put some fungi, clear and light, to replenish water, ha ha ~ ~ ~ bamboo fungus stewed chicken soup] is one of my favorite chicken soup, which not only tastes delicious, but also has fresh color, which is probably the most nourishing color and drink Feel it! Note: chicken soup is nutritious and delicious. Many families take chicken soup as a good tonic. At the same time, they often boil a pot of chicken soup as a tonic when they have patients at home. But not all people are suitable to drink chicken soup, because the nutrients contained in chicken soup are a small amount of water-soluble small molecular protein, fat and inorganic salt dissolved from chicken oil, chicken skin, chicken and chicken bone. The protein in the soup is only about 7% of that of chicken, while the chicken oil in the soup is mostly saturated fatty acids. So if you belong to the following situations, then you are not suitable for drinking chicken soup! 1. Excessive gastric acid: chicken soup can stimulate gastric acid secretion. Therefore, patients with gastric ulcer, excessive gastric acid or gastric bleeding should not drink chicken soup. 2. Biliary tract diseases: cholecystitis and cholelithiasis often occur, so it is not suitable to drink chicken soup. Because the digestion of fat in chicken soup needs bile to participate, drinking chicken soup will stimulate gallbladder contraction, which is easy to cause cholecystitis attack. 3. Hypertension: when patients with hypertension drink chicken soup, they will not only cause arteriosclerosis, but also make their blood pressure rise continuously and difficult to fall. 4. Hyperlipidemia: after the fat in chicken soup is absorbed, it will promote the further increase of cholesterol. High cholesterol can deposit in the intima of blood vessels and cause coronary atherosclerosis and other diseases. 5. Renal insufficiency: chicken soup contains some small molecular proteins. For patients with acute nephritis, acute and chronic renal insufficiency or uremia, because the kidney and liver of the patients can not deal with the protein decomposition products in time, drinking too much chicken soup will cause hyperazotemia and aggravate the disease. In addition, chicken soup has the effect of warming and tonifying. People with inflammation can not warm and tonify, which is not conducive to the recovery of inflammation.
