Introduction:

"Cold winter, a wisp of warm lotus root fragrance, does it iron your heart?"

Production steps:

Step 1: soak the glutinous rice for at least 2 hours

Step 2: wash and peel the lotus root, cut off both ends, pour in the glutinous rice, compact with chopsticks, and then tie the two ends of the lotus root with toothpicks

Step 3: beat the remaining glutinous rice into rice milk with a juicer or soybean milk machine.

Step 4: add water, brown sugar, rock sugar, lotus seed (remove the kernel of lotus seed), rice paste into the pressure cooker, and finally put lotus root (water does not exceed lotus root), turn off the fire after 40 minutes

Step 5: sugar lotus root and non-staple fragrant glutinous porridge

Materials required:

Lotus root: 1 Section

Glutinous rice: right amount

Sweet scented osmanthus: appropriate amount

Lotus seed: right amount

Brown sugar: right amount

Rock sugar: right amount

Note: sugar lotus root can be poured with sweet scented osmanthus, or fragrant glutinous porridge. The sludge should be cleaned when lotus root is treated.
