Three fresh vegetables
Introduction:
"A bright, delicious and nutritious winter dish. Yellow, green, black, red...... If the frying time is shorter, the color will be brighter. In order to eat for children, I usually stir fry a little bit, the color is not good-looking, and it's not crisp, but the important thing is that my son likes to eat it. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials.
Step 2: soak agaric for two hours in advance.
Step 3: cut cucumber and carrot into rhombus and stir fry them to look better, because I cut them into parallelogram. Slice the scallion.
Step 4: beat the eggs to the bowl and mix them.
Step 5: add salad oil and fry the eggs. It's coming out. Then pour in the remaining salad oil again, about 15 grams.
Step 6: wait for the oil to boil, add scallion slices and drop a few drops of soy sauce. First pour in the carrot slices, then the cucumber slices, turn them over, and then put in the fungus. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Turn off the fire. It's coming out. As shown in the picture.
Materials required:
Cucumber: one
Eggs: 2
Carrot: half
Wild fungus: 50g
Scallion: 10g
Salad oil: small amount
Jixian soy sauce: a few drops
Note: 1, you can also not drop soy sauce, so fried color is not bright enough, but I like the flat onion flavor, without these drops of soy sauce, do not mention the taste. 2. If you like to eat older, you can fry for a few more minutes, but it is not easy to grow, otherwise the nutrition will be lost. 3. Cucumber can be peeled, but generally I don't.
