Braised spareribs with potatoes
Introduction:
"I bought a fresh steak in the morning, and I saw some new potatoes, so let's make a sparerib with the potatoes."
Production steps:
Step 1: rinse the fresh spareribs and drain them
Step 2: wash the side dishes
Step 3: cut the scallion into sections, cut the ginger into thick slices, and pat the garlic with a knife
Step 4: cut potatoes into small pieces with a hob, and cut green and red peppers into sections
Step 5: add a little oil into the pot, heat up and add the potato chips, fry slowly over low heat, and remove when golden
Step 6: turn off the fire, stir fry the green and red peppers with the remaining temperature, and serve
Step 7: pour proper amount of oil into the pan, put in the spareribs after the oil is hot, stir fry over high heat, and then turn to medium heat and fry slowly
Step 8: when the ribs are golden on both sides, add red pepper, garlic, star anise and stir fry
Stir fry the sauce until the sauce is dry.
Step 10: add hot water, no spareribs, boil over high heat, skim foam, add onion, ginger, fennel and pepper, cover and turn low heat to smolder for 20 minutes
Step 11: add 1 tbsp salt when the soup is slightly thick
Step 12: add the fried potatoes
Step 13: simmer for 10 minutes, add green pepper and red pepper
Step 14: simmer for three minutes, turn it over a little, and collect the soup
Step 15: serve and eat

Pork chop: 500g

Green and red pepper: moderate

Salt: one teaspoon
Soy sauce: 5 tbsp

Note: potatoes are more delicious to fry for a while, and are not easy to stick to the pot when they are cooked later.
