Old corn and pumpkin porridge
Introduction:
"I bought some fresh old corn, which is golden. I cooked some at home, peeled the corn and put it in the refrigerator for freezing. The remaining two are the oldest. One of them is cooked with corn pumpkin porridge, which is absolutely low in calories. It's a good diet for me."
Production steps:
Step 1: peel and shave the fresh corn.
Step 2: rub the powder with the controller and put it into the pot.
Step 3: peel and dice the pumpkin.
Step 4: put the pumpkin into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, skim the floating powder.
Step 5: cook until the corn is cooked, the pumpkin is soft, and the soup is thick. Turn off the heat.
Materials required:
Corn: 1
Pumpkin: 200g
Note: 1. This porridge can be eaten hot or cold. My pictures are all frozen when I eat cold. 2. If you like, you can add rock sugar when stewing, or sprinkle white sugar before leaving the pot.
