Eggplant with sauce
Introduction:
"Eggplant always needs oil. It's delicious but not healthy. Either dehydrate it with salt and fry it again. I don't like it. I think it tastes like raw eggplant. When my mother didn't like cooking when she was a child, she steamed it and mixed it with sauce. My favorite. So it's a lazy diet. The heat of eggplant with sauce: About 100g, 40kcal."
Production steps:
Step 1: preparation of raw materials: long eggplant, northeast sauce (other sauces are also available, depending on your own taste), garlic sauce, fresh red pepper, onion, garlic, coriander and sesame oil
Step 2: cut onion, garlic, red pepper and coriander
Step 3: cut off the eggplant. Then cut it open. Steam it
Step 4: steam for about 10 minutes
Step 5: put the eggplant aside and let it cool slightly. Put the two sauces into a bowl 1:1. Put all the other ingredients in. Pour in 2 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well
Step 6: pour the sauce on the eggplant. Mix well
