Eggplant with sauce

Introduction:

"Eggplant always needs oil. It's delicious but not healthy. Either dehydrate it with salt and fry it again. I don't like it. I think it tastes like raw eggplant. Production steps:

Step 1: preparation of raw materials: long eggplant, northeast sauce (other sauces are also available, depending on your own taste), garlic sauce, fresh red pepper, onion, garlic, coriander and sesame oil
