Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: mix pumpkin puree with flour and yeast, knead into a smooth dough and wake up to twice the size.

Step 2: roll into about 5mm thin sheet.

Step 3: roll from both ends to the middle.

Step 4: cut into small pieces of uniform size.

Step 5: stand each two up and put them together.

Step 6: put in the steamer, wake up to fluffy, steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

Pumpkin puree: 200g

Flour: 300g

Yeast: 3 G

Note: the water content of pumpkin paste is different, please adjust according to the actual situation.
