Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials

Step 2: cut the chocolate into small pieces

Step 3: Brownie cut into small squares of 2x2x1.5cm

Materials required:

Mocha Brownie: half

Dark chocolate brick: 100g

Defatted cocoa powder: 30g

Note: the melting temperature of dark chocolate should not exceed 55 ℃. After melting, keep the temperature at 30 ℃ for easy operation. When melting chocolate, be careful not to let moisture into the chocolate. Use high-fat cocoa powder, chocolate flavor will be more intense
