Fried Yellow Croaker
Introduction:
"My father bought this kind of yellow croaker when he went to Longkou, another small town near us. He said that he hadn't seen it for more than 20 years in our local area. Production steps:
Step 1: wash small yellow croaker, remove scales and viscera.
