Braised chicken leg
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the bone of the chicken leg with the kitchen knife, and loosen the bone with the back of the knife.
Step 2: add yellow rice wine, soy sauce, honey, a little flour and ginger to marinate overnight.
Step 3: fry the chicken skin side down until golden.
Step 4: fry on one side and then on the other side, fry on both sides to make golden.
