Stewed turnip with clam
Introduction:
"The clams my husband bought were ready to stir fry in hot sauce with wine, but I intercepted some of them. With the green radish head of my family, I made a pot of delicious stewed clams with shredded radish, rice, soup and delicious dishes."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the clams. (when I bought it, the store had already let it spit out the sand.)
Step 2: rub the turnip into silk.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion and ginger.
Step 4: add shredded radish and stir fry.
Step 5: stir fry until the radish is soft.
Step 6: add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
Step 7: add clams when the water boils.
Step 8: add salt to taste.
Step 9: turn off the heat until the clam opens and the shredded radish becomes soft.

Note: 1, rose itself does not like salt, if the salt put more will become bitter, so to put less salt than usual cooking. 2. Clams should be silt free.
