Steamed bread with pumpkin and black sesame

Introduction:

"It's a combination of nutrition and health. It's cute to look at and delicious to eat."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the necessary raw materials. (black sesame powder didn't come in)

Step 2: wash the pumpkin after peeling and beat it into mud with a blender. (raw pumpkins are not as easy to beat as cooked ones. Just add a little water when stirring, so that the blender can rotate.)

Step 3: after mixing flour, milk powder and yeast, add proper amount of pumpkin puree, and knead evenly to form a soft and hard dough.

Step 4: ferment in a warm place until it is twice as large.

Step 5: after flattening, exhausting and kneading, divide the dough into two parts, one of which is kneaded with proper amount of black sesame powder.

Step 6: roll the two kinds of dough into 0.8cm thick pieces.

Step 7: put a little water on the pumpkin dough, then put the black sesame dough on it, and press it gently with the palm of your hand.

Step 8: roll the overlapped patch from the long side to form a cylinder. (roll it up a little bit)

Step 9: cut into 4.5cm wide segments. (you can also cut it according to your favorite size)

Step 10: after shaping the green body slightly, put it into the steamer to wake up for 1 hour. When the steam is twice as large again, turn on the low heat for steaming, turn the steam from Shanghai to medium heat for 18 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for 3 minutes before removing the cover.
