Fried large yellow croaker
Introduction:
"This fish is simply pickled and then fried, without too much seasoning. It's very simple. If it doesn't taste good enough, you can sprinkle a little salt and pepper to eat it together. It's delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: raw material: large yellow croaker onion ginger cooking wine fish sauce (I forgot to take a picture)
Step 2: scaly yellow croaker and wash, cut ginger into shreds and scallion into sections
Step 3: take a container and put in onion and ginger, a little water. Pinch onion and ginger by hand to make flavor. Two tbsp of cooking wine, two tbsp of fish sauce, one tbsp of sugar. Stir well
Step 4: pour the sauce into the fish plate and marinate it for half a day (turn it over from time to time to marinate both sides evenly)
Step 5: gently cut the fish to make it taste better when salting
Step 6: remove the marinade from the cured fish
Step 7: sprinkle a thin layer of cornflour on both sides
Step 8: put a spoonful of oil into the pot and fry it over low heat
Step 9: turn one side to the other side to fry the golden yellow

Note: Tips: when frying, fry the fish slowly over low heat. The surface is easy to scorch and the fish sauce is salty. When you pickle the fish, you don't need to add salt. When frying, you'd better use a non stick pan
