Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing
Step 2: cut pepper, tofu, Pleurotus eryngii, coriander and ginger.
Step 3: mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, water, salt and starch into a bowl.
Step 4: heat the oil in the frying pan and add the tofu.
Step 5: the bean curd is slowly fried yellow over medium and small fire, and I put the Pleurotus eryngii slices on the edge.
Step 6: because of the heating problem, some tofu will turn yellow first, and you can flip it with chopsticks. Whoever turns yellow first can change position with others after both sides are yellow.
Step 7: stir fry the Pleurotus eryngii together when it's almost burnt.
Step 8: then push the dish aside, add oil and stir fry shredded ginger.
Step 9: stir fry the yellow pepper.
Step 10: add a little water, cover and simmer for a while.
Step 11: after boiling, pour in the sauce.
Step 12: put on the coriander section and take the juice out of the pot.
