Seaweed and crab rolls
Introduction:
"Every time I go to a small restaurant to eat dumplings, I always want several laver crab rolls at the same time. My 4-year-old son also likes to eat them. It looks like a sushi roll. I tried to make it myself when I came back. At the end of the meal, I thought of taking the finished product. The picture is a bit ugly, but it tastes good. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients and marinate the minced meat with salt, sugar and peanut oil for 20 minutes in advance.
Step 2: put the seaweed on the sushi roll, and then spread a layer of minced meat evenly, accounting for half of the seaweed.
Step 3: fold the seaweed symmetrically and put on two crab willows.
