Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: remove the stalks and impurities of Lentinus edodes

Step 2: then shred and drain the water

Step 3: wash the peppers

Step 18: Boil the wonton in the pot

Note: when making plain stuffing, make sure to drain the water from the vegetables, otherwise the wonton will break easily
