Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials
Step 2: add bean curd in microwave oven for 3 minutes to remove excess water. This is the key step
Step 3: after cooling, cut into half a centimeter thick pieces, not thin, not too thick
Step 4: pour oil into the pan and fry over low heat until the tofu is brown on both sides
Step 5: saute cinnamon, star anise and pepper
