Vegetable dumplings with oil residue
Introduction:
"After the cooking oil is boiled out, the remaining oil residue is often thrown away by us because it contains a lot of oil. In fact, frying vegetables with oil residue is not an ordinary fragrance, so I used it to make dumpling stuffing. I took a bite of the dumpling, the unique smell of lard mixed with the fragrance of green vegetables. I couldn't help eating a few more. It seems that losing weight has become an empty slogan!"
Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the vegetables, chop them, squeeze out the water and set them aside.
Step 2: chop the oil residue and set aside.
Step 3: chop the pork into mince.
Step 4: mix the three, add onion and ginger, salt, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well.
Step 5: take the meat stuffing and put it on the dumpling skin. Make all the dumplings in turn.
