Step 1: during the Mid Autumn Festival, there are some purple sweet potato stuffing left in the moon cake. There is glutinous rice flour at home, so these two simple ingredients are used to make purple sweet potato dumplings.
Step 2: first, stir the glutinous rice flour and pour in some water, knead it into smooth dough and set aside.
Step 3: divide the purple sweet potato stuffing into several parts and knead into small balls.
Step 4: take a small piece of dough, flatten it in your hand, and put the purple potato filling ball in the middle.
Step 5: close your mouth slowly
Step 6: put your mouth away and rub it in the palm.
Step 7: put the dumplings on the plate. The plate must be coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil to prevent sticking. The cooked dumplings can also be stored in the refrigerator.
Step 8: pour water into the pot, bring the water to a boil, put the dumplings into the pot and cook them, just like dumplings, beat the water three times until the dumplings float.

Note: when making dough, you can add ingredients such as Matcha powder, pumpkin and juice into glutinous rice flour to adjust the taste. In the middle of this time, I added Matcha powder to increase the color. You can also change the ingredients according to your imagination.
