Let's start with the dumplings that Chinese people love to eat! Dumplings are easy to use, convenient and delicious. Neither southerners nor northerners can resist the temptation of dumplings. No wonder dumpling shops can be opened to every corner of the city. This time, fanniao made pork dumplings with leeks, which were planted by fanniao's parents. It was picked when it was only 4 inches long. The yield was very small. Each one was green and tender. It was a good material for making dumplings. Pork is also a kind of minced meat made from local pork bought at a high price. Based on the principle of eating vegetables, I put less pork and more leeks. When you eat it, the leek is fragrant and has a long aftertaste. Even people like my husband who "lie" on pigs praise it delicious

Production steps:

Step 1: get all the materials ready.

Step 2: wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces.

Step 3: add pork and eggs into leek stuffing.

Step 4: add in, soy sauce, salt, flour, cooking oil in turn, and stir well.

Step 5: wrap in crescent shape.

Step 6: put the dumplings into boiling water and cook until they float.

Materials required:

Leek: 500g

Pork paste: 100g

Egg: 1

Raw powder: appropriate amount

Soy sauce: moderate

Sesame oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Note: where birds chirp: 1, want to leek rich, must be more leek, less pork. I used a jin of leek and two liang of pork. 2. Leeks easy to water, you can put in the right amount of oil. Edible oil is OK, but I feel that sesame oil tastes better. (sesame oil is the kind of sesame oil that can be used to stir fry vegetables, not the small sesame oil that we often eat) 3. Try to put less seasoning, because leeks are pure natural, and putting seasoning will cover the original flavor of leeks.
