Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare three cups of juice: 10 tbsp rice wine, 5 tbsp soy sauce (2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce), 5 tbsp sesame oil; 2.5 tbsp rock sugar (or sugar)

Step 2: chop the whole chicken into small pieces

Step 3: put the chicken into the pot in cold water and blanch it first

Step 4: take out the chicken and rinse it with water

Step 5: slice ginger, peel garlic and cut scallion

Step 6: in the rice pot, first pour in the right amount of vegetable oil; spread ginger, garlic and scallion on the bottom;

Step 7: then, pour in the chicken

Step 8: pour in the sauce without stirring. Cover the cooker and press the cook button

Step 9: about 10 minutes, stir the chicken and sauce well, cover the rice cooker and continue to cook for about 5 minutes!

Note: * the whole process does not need to drain water, and the sauce is sufficient; * it can be cooked in 15 minutes, and if you like the taste of the meat, you can cook it longer; * the whole chicken can be replaced with chicken legs or wings; * it is more authentic if there are nine layers of tower, just put it in the stew after cooking
