Mushroom in oyster sauce

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the mushroom.

Step 2: cut the mushroom in half, and then put on the comb knife.

Step 3: wash and cut the scallion.

Step 4: heat the oil in the pan and add the chopped green onion into the pan.

Step 5: add the mushroom.

Step 6: stir fry over medium heat.

Step 7: add Lee Kam Kee fresh oyster sauce.

Step 8: stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve the dish, then sprinkle with a little coriander.

Materials required:

Mushroom: 250g

Scallion: 5g

Oyster sauce: right amount

Coriander: a little

Peanut oil: 30ml

Note: oyster sauce must be added at the end, adding early will destroy the taste of oyster sauce.
