Sardine tomato

Sardine tomato

Introduction:

Production steps:

The first step: sardine two, weight about 850.

Step 2: remove the head, tail and internal organs, wash and cut into inch sections

Step 3: pour proper amount of oil into the pan and deep fry the fish until yellowish

Step 4: wash the tomato and cut it into a cross with a knife

Step 5: Boil the water in the pot, pour the tomato into the pot, roll it out and remove the skin

Step 6: dice the peeled tomato

Step 7: add oil into the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, add ginger slices, scallions and large ingredients to saute until fragrant. Then pour in diced tomatoes and stir fry

Step 8: when the tomato juice is slightly thick, add sugar, vinegar and salt cooking wine, thirteen spice chicken essence (add seasoning according to personal taste). I put 40 grams of sugar and two spoonfuls of salt

Step 9: pour in the fish, stir fry a few times, boil it in a pressure cooker and turn it off in 15 minutes. (I didn't add water, because I put too many tomatoes, so I stewed it with tomato juice directly. It tastes better.) if I add water, the time of stewing in a pressure cooker can be extended

Step 10: look, it's full of color, smell and fragrance! The taste is even better than the finished products bought in the supermarket. If you do more at one time, you can put it in a bottle and put it in the refrigerator. It can be preserved for more than half a month.

Note: 1 fish is best fried, because it can go fishy, and also give the fish shape. 2 don't forget to put vinegar, vinegar can go fishy, but also play the role of crispy bones. It's better not to put soy sauce, which may lose the original color of tomato juice. It tastes more delicious when it's cold
