Production steps:

Step 1: clean the fresh sticky mushrooms

Step 2: blanch sticky mushroom

Step 3: remove the water

Step 4: sliced pork, chopped scallion and garlic, blanched cabbage cut into sections

Step 5: heat the oil pan, add the meat and stir fry

Step 6: stir fry with chopped green onion until fragrant

Step 7: add mushrooms and stir fry

Step 8: add the right amount of pepper powder and stir fry

Chinese cabbage: moderate

Note: Here I added a hot pepper, cabbage do not need to blanch, fresh can, because my family only blanch cooked, so directly used to fry.
