Shrimp balls with sesame heart
Introduction:
"The crisp dough is wrapped with thick cheese and tender shrimp. It's absolutely authentic. It's delicious. McDonald's and KFC have to stand aside. (^_ ^)”
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials. It used to be a fresh prawn. On overcast days, coupled with poor photography skills, it made me shoot it in black, but it seemed that it was not fresh.
Step 2: shell the prawns, don't remove all of them, leave a small section in front of the tail, remove the shrimp line, wash them, and marinate them with pepper and salt for 10 minutes.
Step 3: coat the shrimp with starch.
Step 4: take a piece of cheese, divide it into four parts with a knife, wrap a small piece on the shrimp, and fix it with toothpick (cheese will be slippery when touching the egg liquid, easy to fall off, and easy to leak when frying, so it will fix the cheese).
Step 5: put in the egg liquid.
Step 6: dip another layer of starch to keep the cheese from leaking.
Step 7: put in the egg liquid again.
Step 8: wrap a layer of bread bran.
Step 9: take out the toothpick, and use your hands to make the bread crumbs stick firmly. Smooth the tail well and get rid of the stained things. It looks better when it's fried.
Step 10: deep fry in oil until golden brown.
Step 11: Delicious
