Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash ginger and garlic and cut them

Step 2: wash and slice Pleurotus eryngii, tear broccoli into small pieces

Step 7: add chicken essence, stir fry, and take out the pot

Materials required:

Pleurotus eryngii: 500g

Broccoli: moderate

Soy sauce: moderate

Ginger sauce: right amount

Ginger: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Note: fried Pleurotus eryngii do not need to put salt, it has enough flavor, unless you like to eat salty
