Production steps:
Step 1: wash ginger and garlic and cut them
Step 2: wash and slice Pleurotus eryngii, tear broccoli into small pieces

Step 6: stir fry until the Pleurotus eryngii is soft, add some soy sauce, ginger sauce and stir fry
Step 7: add chicken essence, stir fry, and take out the pot

Note: fried Pleurotus eryngii do not need to put salt, it has enough flavor, unless you like to eat salty
