Fried potato clip
Introduction:
"The seasoning is more important for making stuffing. Potatoes are a variety of delicacies. Today, we create a potato clip. The stuffing is seasoned with soy sauce, which does not affect the color and tastes more delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: 1 potato, 150g meat, 1 onion, ginger and 1 egg.
Step 2: seasoning, salt, homemade shrimp monosodium glutamate (see menu), edible oil, sesame oil, soy sauce
Step 3: Chop onion and ginger, and chop meat into stuffing.
Step 4: add onion and ginger foam into the meat stuffing, add edible oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, homemade shrimp monosodium glutamate and sesame oil to make the stuffing.
Step 5: put the flour into the container, add water to mix evenly, add an egg to the batter, mix evenly and lubricate the batter.
Step 6: cut the potatoes into potato clips with blades.
Step 7: mash the meat into the potatoes.
Step 8: all cooked potato meat clips.
Step 9: preheat the electric cake pan (or pan) and apply thin oil.
Step 10: dip the potato sandwich with batter.
Step 11: put it in the pot.
Step 12: cover, 5 minutes later, fry both sides golden, cooked.

Meat: 50g
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Egg white: moderate amount
Salt: right amount
(homemade) monosodium glutamate: appropriate amount
Edible oil: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
