Homemade sweet osmanthus

Homemade sweet osmanthus

Introduction:

"When I went to the farmhouse for dinner, a sweet scented osmanthus was in full bloom on the side of the river. I couldn't help but smash the flowers. The sweet osmanthus was born."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: clean glass bottle, first spread a layer of sugar.

Step 3: add a layer of osmanthus, be careful not to bruise, otherwise it will turn black.

Step 4: with the pedicel, hold the pedicel and turn it gently, osmanthus will come down.

Step 5: add Osmanthus fragrans and sugar in turn, layer by layer, and fill with cover.

Step 6: after standing for a few hours, Osmanthus fragrans will pickle out of water, much less. This is my merger. Finally, I got two large bottles and put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration. (the picture shows before the merger)

Materials required:

Osmanthus fragrans: moderate

Sugar: right amount

Note: I this osmanthus is very clean, no washing steps, if you want to wash, you have to dry and then operate. Originally, I planned to make another bottle of Osmanthus fragrans and a bottle of Osmanthus fragrans (the pollution on the roadside is so serious that I can't see it). Unfortunately, the flowers withered early. It's a pity that I'll just wait for next year to continue.

Production difficulty: simple

Craft: Skills

Production time: 10 minutes

Taste: sweet
