Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: chop the chestnuts.
Step 2: mix chopped chestnut meat with corn flour, flour, sugar and baking powder.
Step 3: add some water and stir gently.
Step 4: blend into a smooth dough.

Note: 1 chestnut meat can be ground into powder, taste more delicate. No need to knead more when kneading dough.
