Production steps:

Step 1: wash and steam the yam

Step 7: spread jujube mud on pancakes

Step 8: make another pancake and cover it

Step 9: press it with a mold or wide mouth cup to remove the excess edge

Step 10: put proper amount of oil in the pan, heat the oil and then add the cake

Step 11: fry until golden on both sides
