Fried fish with scallops
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the fish, cut it into two sections (easy to fry), dry the water, set aside!
Step 2: heat the oil pan, put the dried fish in the non stick pan and fry it in high heat!
Step 3: turn down the fire, turn the fish over and fry the other side! After frying the other side, turn off the heat and pour in the soy sauce!
Step 4: seasoning can be loaded!
Materials required:
Swordfish: 500g
Peanut oil: 5 tbsp
Haitian soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Note: this non stick pot must be boiled dry before pouring oil, oil must be 80% hot to put the fish into the roll, so that it does not stick pot!
