Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare wax gourd, soy sauce and chives

Step 2: wash the wax gourd, peel and cut into thin slices, then cut into small pieces.

Step 3: cut wax gourd slices and set aside.

Step 4: cut shallots.

Step 5: heat the frying pan with vegetable oil, add chopped chives and saute until fragrant.

Step 6: add wax gourd slices and stir well.

Step 7: add 2 drops of fresh soy sauce.

Materials required:

Wax gourd: 800g

Scallion: 1

Soy sauce: right amount

Refined salt: right amount

Note: 1. Cut the wax gourd into small pieces after washing, and it will taste better. 2. Don't add more soy sauce, mainly for fresh. 3. Simmer for 2 minutes, which is easy to be broken if the time is too long
