Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required raw materials (soak the Auricularia auricula in warm water and wash it for standby);

Note: 1. Chives are home grown, if not, it's OK; 2. Duck eggs are salty, so salt should be put less; 3. North tofu and South tofu are made in different ways, so you can choose according to your preference;
