Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the whole bunch of grapes in water for more than ten minutes (in order to remove pesticides or other harmful substances on the grape skin) and then drain the water.
Step 2: take off the grapes one by one, put them into a glass bottle and crush them by hand (grape skin, grape seeds and pulp are all left in the bottle), then mix them evenly according to the proportion of ten catties of grapes and one catty of white sugar, cover the bottle cap and start fermentation. (this is a picture of the second day of fermentation)
Step 3: the first fermentation is usually 8-10 days at room temperature. When there are few bubbles in the bottle, and basically only the grape skin and grape seeds without color are left, it means that the first alcohol fermentation is completed. (this is a picture of the 6th day of fermentation. I filtered it after 10 days of fermentation.)
Step 4: after the first fermentation, filter out the grape juice (gauze and filter screen can be used) and pour it into the bottle for second fermentation. The second fermentation is about 15 days. The color is very beautiful
Step 5: second filtration after the second fermentation. (siphon method can be used to pour the liquor into other containers. I didn't buy a pipe, so I used a fine mesh leaker.)
Step 6: after filtration, bottle and seal.
Step 7: make a good wine with beautiful color. A small cup every day, beauty and beauty.

Note: 1, brewing containers must be washed clean, and drain water, grapes in the brewing process can not touch oil and water. 2. During fermentation, the lid of the container must not be too tight, and the grapes should not be too full to prevent explosion. 3. After the first fermentation, press the grape skin into the liquor with a clean stick or chopsticks every day, and then cover it. 4. The role of sugar is to increase alcohol. It's not that the more sugar you put in, the sweeter it is.
